请求10.3.8.216时，发生错误500Internet Privoxy Error : Privoxy encountered an error while processing your request: Could not load template file no-server-data or one of its included components. privoxy(ss/ssr的全局用的就是privoxy)的上游失效，而且是跳216的路上报的这个错，那肯定是没做准入就走代理的问题，肯定上不去啊… 解决方法就是把代理关了再上，网通了再开代理

500报错一般就是开代理了
