西班牙马德里科技大学愿意接收我校国家公派博士研究生。有意申请的同学可根据下面的信息联系导师，进行申请，在2011年2月20日前获得入学通知书。优秀应届本科毕业生可以国家公派身份赴该校直接攻读博士学位。

需提交的申请材料如下：
1. Proof (by any internationally recognized test or by interview) of knowledge of the English language (minimum level required equivalent to TOEFL 80(IB)/213(CB)/550(PB)).
2. Two letters of recommendation from university professors
3. Original transcript of records
4. Translation to English of the transcript of records, signed and sealed by the student's home University
5. Statement of purpose clearly indicating preferred technical areas of work, special expertise or experience in these areas, and preferred periods of time to develop the project at UPM.
6. A one page curriculum vitae
