Victim was GMU Alumani ( International commerce policy， 2006-2009） HERNDON, Va. - We're learning new details about a Herndon man who, according to police, choked his wife and then stuffed her body in a suitcase. The man had his first court appearance Monday. He does not qualify for a court appointed attorney. There's no sign of the violence that allegedly occurred in one of the units inside an apartment building in Herndon. "Lady upstairs was murdered by her husband. I said, 'it's a shame,'" remembered neighbor Anthony Hines. Police say it all began as a domestic dispute between a husband and his wife. According to court documents, the victim is identified as Minghua Zheng. Her body was found in a suitcase. The husband, Jamie Kuhne, is charged with the killing. The couple's child was reportedly in the home at the time of the incident. Neighbors were shocked to hear what happened. "When we got home on Friday there was a policeman sitting out here and it really surprised us," shared neighbor Donna Potts. Brandon Williams, also a neighbor, said, "The day it happened there were police here and I was like, 'wow, that's interesting?'" Police say Friday morning Kuhne turned himself in with a note saying he had killed his wife. Authorities say they've responded to domestic dispute calls in the past. They say the most recent call was in November. "She said, 'well, I decided not to press charges against him' and I said, 'that was a big mistake. I think you should have followed through,'" remembered Anthony Hines. Police say the child is with child protective services. Kuhne is expected to be in court again Dec. 29.

唉，这个不是外F的结果啊，中国人杀妻的也不少嘛。其实偶尔外F一下，提高一下人种质量还是有好处的。
