In this role, you will join a Quality engineer team and work with global engineers on various services, packages, and tooling owned by the team. You’ll be involved in coding, debugging, and testing, including maintaining continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) environments. As a Software Engineering Intern, you’ll contribute Python code in our code base. You’ll work with GitLab CI, Jenkins, Git, Hypervisors, and other tools. You will work as part of a team which encourages collaboration, openness, and transparency and follows the philosophy of best ideas always winning. You’ll need to be passionate about open source and open to learning new technology skills. Recent graduates are welcome to apply for this position. What you will do Participate in development, implementation, and testing in an agile development environment Maintaining and improving existing codebases and peer review code changes Contribute to technical documentation for reference and reporting Participate in development of testing framework and unit test cases, maintaining CI/CD environments What you will bring 1+ year(s) of experience programming in Python Basic knowledge of Linux Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work as part of a team Willingness to learn without direct supervision; fast learner with a passion for solving problems and providing workable solutions
