讲座一内容简介:
For more than 25 years Dr. Jayas has been studying ways to reduce losses in grain quality and quantity during storage in farm and commercial systems. He is developing mathematical models of stored grain ecosystems to explain the biotic and abiotic causes of grain deterioration, and is developing innovative machines that can monitor grain quality as it moves through storage and transport systems. The presentation will highlight how research has helped in preserving grain to feed the growing world population.
讲座二内容简介:
从1998年开始,国家利用国债资金343亿元,分三批进行1112个大型国家储备粮库建设,新增仓容量5250万吨。通过创立中国储粮生态理论体系;建立储粮“通风窗口”新理论和粮食平衡水分模型;突破储粮害虫对PH3抗药性机理研究瓶颈;提出低温储粮和准低温储粮新概念等储粮新理论研究。开发了低剂量少残留防燃爆PH3环流熏蒸新技术和成套设备,降低用药量80%;在储粮通风窗口理论的基础上,首创了人工智能控制的高效储粮通风系统,与传统通风技术相比,降低能耗50%以上;率先研发了变频调风、风机后加热调湿控温的谷物冷却机,与国外同类设备相比,单位功率制冷量提高60%;项目研发的智能化粮情检测系统,解决了该系统抗电磁干扰抗雷击和抗PH3气体腐蚀等难题。创新实现了四项技术的有机结合(粮情检测、机械通风、环流熏蒸和谷物冷却,简称“四合一”储粮新技术),并实现了智能化控制,提高了成套装备的性价比,使我国粮食储藏技术与装备跃居国际先进水平。
本讲座对国家储备粮技术的发展做出全面的总结,并对未来的研究做出展望。

附:报告人简介
Digvir S. Jayas: Distinguished Professor Dr. Digvir Jayas was educated at the G.B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology in Pantnagar, India; the University of Manitoba, and the University of Saskatchewan. Before assuming the position of Acting Vice-President (Research), he held the position of Associate Vice-President (Research) for eight years. Prior to his appointment as Associate Vice-President (Research) he was Associate Dean (Research) in the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences and Department Head of Biosystems Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Registered Professional Agrologist.
Dr. Jayas holds a Canada Research Chair in Stored-Grain Ecosystems, and he conducts research in the areas of physical properties of agricultural products; modified atmosphere storage of grains, oilseeds, potatoes, and meats; mathematical modelling of biological systems; and digital image processing for grading and processing operations in the Agri-Food industry. He has authored or co-authored over 650 technical articles in scientific journals, conference proceedings and books.
Dr. Jayas has received awards from several organizations. He is the recipient of the 2008 Dr. John M. Bowman Memorial Winnipeg Rh Institute Foundation Award. He is currently serving as a member of the Manitoba Chamber of Commerce, Composite Innovation Centre, Agriculture Institute of Canada (AIC), Manitoba Institute of Agrologist (MIA), Canadian Academy of Engineering (CAE), Canadian Council of Professional Engineers, Manitoba Health Research Council and Genome Prairie.
吴子丹:研究员,国家粮食局科学研究院党委书记,常务副院长。
长期从事粮食储运、储备、粮食流通(包括技术、质量规范、标准制定、执行)监督检查、科技管理等专业技术工作。主持的商业部科技重大项目《粮食通风数学模型和通风微机控制仪的研究》,研究成果经十多个省实验验证可提高通风效率20%~50%,填补了国内外空白,获得了国家发明专利和商业部科技进步二等奖;纳入商业部《机械通风储粮技术规程》并在全国推广后,取得很大的经济效益和社会效益,2002年已升级为行业标准。主持第一批500亿斤国债建设的中央储备粮库仓储工艺标准图纸设计工作,提出机械通风、粮情测控、环流熏蒸和谷物冷却机搣四合一攠的工艺设计方案,并被批准纳入建库标准选用图纸。四项新技术的采用,大大提高了国债粮库的技术装备水平。主持起草的《搣四无粮仓攠和搣四无油罐搣评定办法》、《国家储备粮油搣一符攠、搣三专攠、搣四落实攠的规定》等六个仓储和储备行业管理制度,以及《粮情电子检测分析控制系统技术规程》、《磷化氢环硫熏蒸技术规程》等七个技术规范和一个国家标准,有效地提升了仓储行业的技术管理水平。参与组织2001年全国粮食清仓查库过程中,根据实践验证提出计算不同储藏形态粮堆密度的修正系数等方法,有效解决了实物测量计算方法的误差控制问题,比传统测量方法省时、省力,并节约了数以百亿元计的财政支出,清仓查库结果得到国务院的肯定。著有《中国粮食储藏大全》(副主编),并发表数十篇研究论文,获得国家粮食局年度科学研究成果奖多项,2009年获得中国粮油学会特等奖。
