Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented software engineer to work atCitrix in Beijing R&D Center. The successful candidate will have responsibility for the ongoing development of key components of our products. You will work in a dynamic atmosphere with opportunity to learn new protocols and platforms. This position requires passion for working with our China field team as well as oversea engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:
o Deliver quality software against often aggressive deadlines.
o Learn and develop theLinux/Unix-based software components.
o Design and execute unit, component and system test suites for our software components.
o Work effectively in planning and prioritization activities.
o Work effectively with teammates both locally and remotely in software development, maintenance and quality assurance activities.
Required Qualifications:
o BS in CS or equivalent
o 3+ years’ experience in development, design, coding, and unit testing.
o Being fairly experienced with development on Linux or Solaris.
o Being proficient in C/C++ programing.
o Have fair network knowledge and befamiliar with TCP/IP routing and protocols such as SSH, FTP, SCP, SNMP etc.
o The experience in high-performance or multithreaded programming.
o Experience in system/platform management is a plus.
o Experience on CLI/SNMP/Management plane is a plus.
o Being a good communicator and fluent in English and mandarin.
o A high degree of self-motivation and flexibility.
o Ability to learn new protocols, platforms, and programming languages quickly.
o Experience in Perforce, CVS, SVN is a plus.
o Experience developing carrier-grade software is a plus.
