在google学术里面搜到的定义，o(╯□╰)o。。。 People Agility: Describes people who know themselves well, learn from experience, treat others constructively, and are cool and resilient under the pressures of change. People Agility：用来描述这样的一类人：他们了解自身，能够从经验中学习，建设性地对待他人（o(╯□╰)o，表怪我），并且能够自如地应对变化所带来的压力。 lz应该知道是什么意思了吧。。。
