The 17th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT2017) will be held at Cairns, the gateway to Australia's Great Barrier Reef. ISCIT2017, under the technical sponsorships of IEEE, will provide a forum for researchers, engineers and industry experts to exchange and discuss new ideas, recent development, and break throughs in IoT, communications and information technologies. It should contain the following sections: o Title of tutorial o Brief CVs of tutorial speaker(s) o Outline of the tutorial o Importance and timeliness of the tutorial Submitted tutorial proposal should not be more than 5 pages and it should be submitted in a single PDF file. Please submit your proposal to the Tutorial Program Co-Chairs (Naoto Sasaoka at sasaoka@ele.tottori-u.ac.jp or Diep N. Nguyen at diep.nguyen@uts.edu.au). ---------------------------------------------------------------- ISCIT2017 Call for Workshop Proposals ---------------------------------------------------------------- ISCIT2017 invites workshop proposals. The ideal workshop proposal should focus on a specific area, be of current interest, and be able to attract a number of high-quality submissions. The proposal should be no longer than three pages and should clearly identify the name of the workshop, theme of the workshop, topic areas of interest to define the scope, names and affiliation of main organizers/program chairs and potential program committee members, a tentative call for papers with workshop deadlines and expected number of submissions and participants. The proposal should also specify if this will be a full-day or half-day workshop, and any logistical needs (demos/audio/video projection etc). If this workshop has been held before, also include its history (number of submissions, number of accepted papers, and number of attendees).
