1. MTS Engineer - SDE Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. A Masters degree and above is a plus. - 5+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms. - 1+ years of experience with software design and architecture. - Kubernetes internals, CAPI, Cluster Management experience is a plus. - Experience working on large scale distributed systems is a plus. Responsibilities: - Design and develop high quality software components using clean and tested code. - Develop and maintain test automation pipelines to ensure software quality. - Participate in, or lead code reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies. - Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback. - Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback. 2. MTS Engineer - SDE Responsibilities: ● Will be a key contributor to the team that will focus on building the RAN stack for Telco Cloud Platform ● Work with product managers and engineering teams to translate requirements into design and functional specification ● Design/implement robust and scalable products, work across engineering teams and architects, produce high quality code ● Use technical skills to deliver solutions across both proprietary and open-source software ● Lead projects following best practices in design and coding, testing and automation/CICD. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in software development, debugging and testing. ● Experience with kernel level programming, device drivers and real-time systems software. ● Experience with designing, implementing and analyzing performance of network protocols ● Sound knowledge of multi-threaded real-time programming. ● Excellent programming skills with knowledge of C, C++, Python, Golang ● Working knowledge on container-based environment ● Sound software engineering and development background with a focus on quality, availability, scalability, and performance. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Strong problem solving and debugging skills. ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. A Masters degree and above is a plus. - 8+ years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms. - 3+ years of experience with software design and architecture. - Kubernetes internals, CAPI, Cluster Management experience is a plus. - Experience managing large scale distributed systems is a plus. Responsibilities: - Design and develop high quality software components using clean and tested code. - Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies. - Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency). - Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback. - Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality. 4. Staff Engineer - SDE Responsibilities: ● Will be a key contributor to the team that will focus on building the RAN stack for Telco Cloud Platform ● Work with product managers and engineering teams to translate requirements into design and functional specification ● Design/implement robust and scalable products, work across engineering teams and architects, produce high quality code ● Use technical skills to deliver solutions across both proprietary and open-source software stack ● Lead projects and mentor team following best practices in design and coding, testing and automation/CICD. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in software development, debugging and testing. ● Experience with linux kernel programming, device drivers and real-time system software. ● Sound knowledge of multi-threaded real-time programming. ● Experience with designing, implementing and analyzing performance of network protocols ● Excellent programming skills with knowledge of C, C++, Python, Golang ● Working knowledge on container-based environment ● Sound software engineering and development background with a focus on quality, availability, scalability, and performance. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills ● Strong problem solving and debugging skills. ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
