IETOE解题当领导，交流能力确实很重要，但是一看到“最重要”(绝对词的题)，就知道不能同意了（古今中外、古往今来哪个领导是光靠叨逼叨就能当好？！）。基本调性定了，下面我们展开讨论，我们得先肯定交流能力的作用：好的交流能力可以帮助政治家和领导获得支持。然后拿奥巴马和马云（马总在托福写作中特别好用）举例子。奥巴马辩论超强(具体化交流能力)，这样让他赢得了竞选的胜利。马云的交流能力特强(has real strength in communication),正是因为他的交流能力特别强，才有人投资、才能带领他的团队不断向前(strive for greatness)。对马老板的忽 (jiao) 悠 (liu) 能力有疑问的同学，自行搜马总演讲视频。但是（瞅好了，但是了啊！！），绝对词的题目我之所以不同意就是因为他讲话太绝对。所以下面我们就开始反驳他的绝对性。这里我们就用刚才提到的奥总和马总的例子来反驳本题的绝对性：首先我认为对于一个政治家来说，毅力也很重要。这是因为政治家事无巨细(issues of trivia and great importance )都要解决，工作量之大远超乎常人想象(The workload is beyond anaverage person’simagination)如果没有强大的毅力，是不可能完成这些工作的。-> 具体说明奥巴马的工作多么繁琐，多么需要毅力。其次，除了毅力之外，远见(vision)也很重要，一将无能累死三军啊。因为一个有远见的leader是可以看得到市场需求的变化和未来的发展趋势的。所以，有远见的领导才能带领他的团队赚大钱(extend his business to a greatscale)! 接下来，马总就可以上场了。在例子中我们把马老板的远见具体化，说说马总怎么在我等屁民还把事儿当未来幻想看的时候，人家就把东西都做出来的，再把他现在事业的规模具体话一下。最后，我们承认了合理性、反对了绝对性，得加个总结吧？~ 功成！ IETOE范文 A good leader is able to make sure that his company or his country runs well and makes great profit for his followers. When it comes to the characteristics of a successful leader, I think there are other qualities that are more important than communication skills. What I cannot deny is that good communication skills are the quality that successful politicians would not ignore, given that a leader has to be persuasive when he is trying to win people’s support and vote. The examples abound in history. The current president of America, Barack Obama enjoys splendid communication skills. It was his excellent debating that won him election contests. Another example would be Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba and the richest man in China. He has realstrength in communication. He started his business with nothing but an idea in mind. His outstanding communication skills were the key to win sponsorship, and lead his team to strive for greatness. Thus, being good at communicating does have a lot to do with the success of a politician and a leader. However, saying that communication is the most important characteristic for politicians and leaders is an overstatement. There are other qualities that are of greater importance than communication skills. Considerstamina. Being politicians,they have to decide many issues of great or trivia importance, make the best decision for a country, and argue with those who disagree. The workload is beyond an average person’s imagination. Without stamina, they won’t succeed in processing piled up paperwork, being patient to explain benefits brought by a policy. As far as I know, president Obama has a very packed calendar. He has meetings from 9 a.m.to 4 p.m. everyday. He has to work out 45 minutes everyday to stay sharp and keep fit. He has to follow this calendar for 8 years nonstop. I don’t think good communication skills are enough for him to be competent to be a successful politician; it is his stamina that gets him qualified. In addition, vision is just as crucial as communication skills are for a leader. Every successful business reflects that it has a visionary leader, given that a visionary leader can see the future trend and potential change of the market needs. Thus, a leader with vision is able to pay off his workers’ effort and extend his business to a great scale. Take Jack Ma, who I mentioned above, for an example. Ma started his company about two decades ago,attempting to create an E-commerce world online.That was a brand new idea in China, because people were very into traditional business mode. But Jack Ma saw the promise in this market, so he spared great endeavorto carry out this idea. 10years later, the co-founders of this company became billionaires, and there were fifty eight million registered small companies using Ma’s service. Although Jack Ma can easily make people laugh and let them feel inspired, but what made him to be a successful leader was his vision, instead of communicating skills. To sum up, I think that communication skills are of great consequence for a politician and a leader, but it’s not the most important ability. Stamina and vision, on the other hand, can benefit a country or a company in a longer run.
