RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main responsibility of the candidate will be to create an annual order entry of no less than
20 million RMB, and a revenue of no less than 10 million RMB.
? Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for target prospects in China
? Develop new business opportunities in line with company objectives
? Be responsible and accountable for the respective P&L(s)
? Identify customer-specific pain points or disadvantages and create new opportunities.
? Maintain the CRM reporting system, commission plan and targets. Measure, analyze and
report activities and results of the team(s).
? Lead the sales project and negotiations for deals within own specific area (being

? Approx. 8 years working experience, with recent senior level sales, account management
and/or business development assignments
? Sales experience in the banking sector.
? Proven sales achievements in business-to-business sales for related products and
services. Highly developed relationship and solution selling as well as negotiation skills
? Extensive knowledge of the ICT/TC market in the region and extensive local network into
business and political circles
? Strong entrepreneurial spirit and high level of creativity is essential.
? Proven leadership skills, incl. the ability effectively manage upwards and downwards,
strong planning, execution and convincing skills
? Pro-activity and ability to work effectively within a multi-functional and cross-cultural team
across organizational and functional boundaries
? Strong understanding of international basic business principles and metrics.
