Approx. 8 years working experience, with recent senior level sales, account management and/or business development assignments ? Sales experience in the banking sector. ? Proven sales achievements in business-to-business sales for related products and services. Highly developed relationship and solution selling as well as negotiation skills ? Extensive knowledge of the ICT/TC market in the region and extensive local network into business and political circles ? Strong entrepreneurial spirit and high level of creativity is essential. ? Proven leadership skills, incl. the ability effectively manage upwards and downwards, strong planning, execution and convincing skills ? Pro-activity and ability to work effectively within a multi-functional and cross-cultural team across organizational and functional boundaries ? Strong understanding of international basic business principles and metrics. ? Interpersonal skills to evoke commitment from the client and integrity in all dealings. ?
