What you bring to the role: o BS in CS or equivalent, Masters preferred. o 7+ years of software engineering and architecting experience. o 3+ years of experience as a manager or senior manager. o Strong industry experience in architecture and development of scalable production quality backend systems, with solid understanding of distributed systems, data stores, data processing, and associated trade-offs. o Proven track records of end-to-end product building, familiar with the whole life cycle of product engineering, including various engineering processes, quality assurance, production tracking and monitoring. o Proven track records of leading, building and growing high-performance teams with timely and high-quality deliveries. o Comfortable with ambiguity. o Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and in writing. o Remote team working experience preferred.
