微软亚洲搜索技术中心（STC 最近改名OSD) 是微软全球三大技术研发中心之一，坐落在中关村微软大厦。最早属于MSRA，现在独立出来，更偏重搜索技术的工程研发。现招两名开发SDE实习生，主要负责Bing搜索引擎和搜索广告相关开发。可以帮大家内推，正缺人，应该很快就可以面试。感兴趣的同学可发简历到我的邮箱 simon_sea@126.com 或站内联系.
技术要求：扎实编程基础。有信息检索或机器学习经验的同学优先呵。
时间要求：全职，实习三个月或以上。这个时间一定要能保证。今年研二最好哈~

Required Qualifications:
MS/PhD candidates in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or any related technical fields;
Good coding skills in C/C++/C#/SQL or have related project experience;
Good mathematics background in linear algebra, optimization, probability, and statistics;
Good knowledge base in machine learning, data mining, and information retrieval;
Good English skills in reading, writing, and speaking;
Good communication skills and excellent teamwork spirit;
Can commit at least 6 months internship, can get your advisor’s approval.
