句子如下： One of the most fundamental concepts in electric circuit analysis is that of charge conservation. 标注紫色的部分语法甚是不明句意是电子电路分析中最重要的概念之一是电荷守恒但是如果把紫色部分that of 删掉，句意没有变化啊。是不是be that of这个句型有表示什么从属？或者强调的意思？又或者省略了什么词？...is that （that) of charge conservation. 不明白，求讲解
