This software named Green Dam - Youth Escout, develped by Zhenzhou Jinhui Computer System Co. Ltd of China. This company deleted the BSD license document which should be included in OpenCV when released it. Such as xcore.dll and Xcv.dll They are just like: cxcore.dll and cv.dll. Included with Green Dam, cximage.dll, CImage.dll, xcore.dll and Xcv.dll, also library files from OpenCV. This all suggests that Green Dam primarily uses OpenCV to process images. Such a stupid software... Anybody knows the governmental officers? I think most of us can do such a stupid software as well. AAM is even tougher than color-based or even haarcascade based object detection. What a stupid government.
