问一下收到了accepted，但是研究生院要oral presentation 才能给报销，我要怎么看是不是oral呀？邮件中的这些内容算吗？
To be published in the IEEE WCNC 2014 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore(R), an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full or limited (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter.
visa letter有如下内容。这个也没有写是oral presentation，应该去哪里弄材料给研究生院呀？
I attest that you are not traveling to Turkey to perform work, but to attend an IEEE educational
conference. Note: Upon entry into Turkey the IEEE cannot be held accountable for your actions,
whereabouts or itinerary. It is the policy of the IEEE Communications Society to offer visa letter
