Department Description: Customer System Introduction and Support
Job Description
1. Techincal part. Service Request handling is required. Customer support engineer provide technical system support to customer, or provide some metrics analysis to managers team. You must be able to provide the analysis result based on the raw data and provide a total result in a perfect manner.
2. Admin work. You will also provide some coordination work in the team, including but not limited to the admin/secretary job, organize team activities, etc.
Skill set requirement:
1. At least 4th year college student, major in Telecommunication or Computer Science. Experienced with Telecomm. or SW development projects is added advantage, Excel/shell script/SQL are preferred as well.
2. Keen to learn, good working attitude
3. High responsibility and good team spirit.
4. Fluent in English written and spoken
5. Available at least 3 days per week
