State of art laboratory introduction Introduction of Nano-electronics course 此报告为前沿讲座，欢迎全校师生踊跃参加。校学术委员会 IEEE北邮学生支部 2009年11月20日附：Jerry Liu介绍 Jerry Liu received the Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronic) (Hons) from the University of Melbourne in 2004, Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Melbourne in May 2008. He is now a research scientist in NICTA GiFi project and Honorary Fellow of University of Melbourne. In 2004, he joined the gigabit wireless project as a project manager in National Information and Communication Technology Australia (NICTA). His research interests are 60GHz VCO and PLL design, analog VGA and RSSI circuit design for the 60GHz wireless transceiver project. He and the team have developed the world’s first single-chip direct-conversion 60-GHz wireless transceiver on 130-nm CMOS and demonstrated wireless DVD transmission in 2008. The team have also developed multi-antenna phased array single chip 60GHz transceiver on latest 65nm RF CMOS.
