You will: o Design, develop, and write complex and original software code, application dependent routines, and project deliverables. o Write effective APIs o Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency o Troubleshoot, debugging and upgrading software o Create security and data protection settings o Assist in the writing of external and internal documentation. o Develop in the context of a CI/CD pipeline o Perform other duties as assigned. What we’re looking for o You’re curious, passionate, authentic, and accountable. These are our values and influence everything we do. o You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field. o 3+ years of experience with web application development, including experience programming in JavaScript or TypeScript. o Experience developing in a JavaScript framework, such as React or other frameworks. o Experience with industry tools such as Postman, Docker, Git, Gerrit, or Gradle. Nice to have knowledge of or experience with: o Experience developing in C/C++, Golang, or other language. o Experience developing microservices and REST APIs. o Cloud/cloud-based technologies including Kubernetes o Agile/Scrum methodology o Developing automated UI tests using tools such as: Robot, Selenium, Cypress, Jest or others o Analytical or statistical techniques for machine learning o Databases or database languages such as SQL Other knowledge, skills, and abilities o Demonstrated aptitude for problem solving and debugging of complex multitiered software applications. o Ability to develop creative solutions to complex technical problems. o Well-organized with a strong ability to prioritize, plan, and execute tasks. o Great conflict resolution skills and high emotional intelligence. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
