返回信息流registration那页说： an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the IEEE WORKSHOPS at the appropriate rate listed below.那这样的话只用花费$150注册TUTORIALS/WORKSHOPS吗，这样是不是没有管饭什么的，还是说需要注册了full comsoc menber后再注册一下workshop？求过来人解答呀
