返回信息流Sébastien Foucan developed the discipline of Parkour with his childhood friend David Belle, who practiced the 'Natural Method' of Parkour, Influence by his miltary father, also a great sportsman.
Together Sébastien and David played and put in place a way of being - A Lifestyle - That lasted for more than ten years.
Heavily influenced by asian philosophy, Sébastian decided to immerse himself fully in his art in order to combat negative energy and becoming 'Fluid like water'. Becoming aware of the failings of art without context. He later chose to create his own path by developing the philosophy - His own method of learning based on autonomy, play and positive energy. Conveying to others his messages and philosophy has become Sébastien's quest. Sébastien has become a global ambassador of the Parkour / Free-Running discipline.
According to Sébastien: "Nobody ever invents anything - You're inspired and sometimes you can improve!"

Parkour is more than a sport, It's a way of living and a state of mind. Overcoming obstacles and looking for new paths - Whether you're toung or old, a novice or an expert - Can be Practiced anywhere, Whether in a country or a town.
The aim of Parkour training is to test your capacity to evolve, No Matter what the enviroment. There's no need for specific equipment in order to get going. You only need good shoes - Preferably running shoes - And clothes which are suitable to let your body breathe.
Before you start, It's important to understand the basic techniques.
CAT-LEAP
When you can't reach a wall with your feet, The techneque to use is a Cat Leap. This jump consists of landing with your arms and absorbing the impact withh your legs and feet. There are two types of Cat Leaps - The Slide and The Grip
LANDING FROM HEIGHT:
This is a jumpfrom height towards a lower area. On landing when a jump is small, Bend the legs. When the jump is further, Execute a roll on landing. We talk about high landings when referring to anything above two metres.

具体国内很少人了解这项运动,我也刚刚开始喜欢上也在了解。赫赫,很健康,也很不错。关键是看b13里面的表演实在太帅气了!!~
