Also, self-funded visiting students/scholars are welcome to apply. ### Introduction to ISEN@TAMU The Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering in Texas A&M University College of Engineering was established in 1940. It has consistently ranked in the top 10 departments in the United States over the past 10 years by the Gourman Report, the National Research Council and U.S. News and World Report. Our graduates are well prepared for successful careers as practitioners and academicians.
