In the Client Line of Business, the Client Engineering team is dedicated to crafting the best possible mobile experiences. We work collaboratively across Arm technology groups, and with partners across the ecosystem, including operating system vendors (OSVs), silicon providers (SiPs) and OEMs, as well as middleware and content developers. A successful candidate needs to be flexible enough and fast learning, with a variety of software development skills. What will I be accountable for? · Research, implement and optimize the use cases and algorithms of Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Graphics and Ray Tracing etc. on Arm-based platforms · Collect and analyse the performance data, and contribute to the future Arm IP requirement spec. · Collaborate with Arm strategic partners to land Arm’s new technologies. Job Requirements Essential Skills & Experience · Bachelor, Master or PhD in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or other Engineering domain with relevant experience. · Solid C/C++ programming skills, and experience in Python programming is a plus. · Passion for machine learning, graphics, and image processing. · Quick learner with good problem-solving skills. · Good team player, flexible, and willing to take challenges. · Good English communication skills, both written and oral. Desirable Skills & Experience · Experience with Machine Learning, Computer Vision is a plus. · Experience with Arm NEON/SVE2 and/or assembly is a plus. · Experience with Android Application development is a plus. · Experience with Graphics, GPGPU development, OpenGL ES/Vulkan/OpenCL is a plus. · Experience with software development and optimization on Arm based platforms is a plus.
