返回信息流(海外学习基金会) 的简称，于2000年成立的非营利国际高等教育交流机构。SAF以服务大学和其学生为首要任务，促进大学生国际交流，从而提高大学和其学生的国际化程度。SAF相信大学给予学生海外学习的机会，将会提升学生的国际化视野，拥有成功发展所必需的跨文化技能，并最终反馈国家和国际社会

The Study Abroad Foundation (SAF) is an international university network committed to the promotion of student mobility on a global basis. SAF works with universities worldwide to provide high-quality integrated semester and academic year study opportunities for undergraduate students. SAF believes that giving students the opportunity to study abroad increases international understanding and provides students with the intercultural skills necessary to succeed in and contribute to their own societies and the world community.
SAF program are designed to provide a high-level of flexibility and variety in order to meet the study abroad interests and needs of member universities and their students, including intensive English language programs to accommodate intermediate language learners. Academic credit transfer between universities is encouraged and facilitated by SAF.
