第16届IEEE通信与信息技术国际会议IEEE ISCIT2016将于2016年9月26-28日在青岛召开。中国联通网络技术研究院承办了该国际会议下设的大数据研究与应用国际研讨会(IEEE ISCIT2016 Workshop on Big Data Research and Application (IWBDRA2016))。大数据研究与应用国际研讨会(IWBDRA2016)主题为“大数据创新驱动：基于大数据挖掘的电信行业内部应用、外部应用”。征文主题包括三个方面： Track1：大数据理论及系统 1. 大数据系统架构(Hadoop/Spark/Flink等)、系统性能分析 2. 数据挖掘、数据质量、数据可视化 3. 大数据软件、系统实现、管理工具、ETL 4. 大数据硬件、基础架构、绿色数据中心 Track2：大数据在电信行业的研究及应用 1. 基于大数据的网络规划与优化 2. 基于大数据的用户分析(用户簇、用户行为、用户轨迹等) 3. 基于大数据的精细化网络运营（市场策略、用户维系、增值业务等） 4. 基于大数据的终端分析(终端品牌、终端类型、终端推荐等) 5. 基于大数据的价值区域分析 6. 基于大数据的移动网络质量及性能分析 Track3：大数据在其他行业的研究及应用 1. 大数据金融、商业建模、市场策略 2. 大数据在交通领域应用(城市道路设计、交通诱导、智能停车等) 3. 大数据在政府领域的应用(疫情传播、人流监控、社会治安) 4. 大数据在相关行业的其他应用(旅游、医疗、教育等) 投稿论文要求为全英文撰写，且在其它期刊杂志、会议上未发表过的原创性论文。该会议所有录用文章将收录入IEEE ISCIT2016论文集，并由IEEE出版，会议收录论文将同时送检EI、IEEE Xplore。往届IEEE ISCIT收录论文已被EI、IEEE Xplore检索。所有投稿文章将首先由大数据研究与应用国际研讨会(IWBDRA2016)组委会进行审稿并评选出会议优秀论文，随后由IEEE电路与系统学会专家进行复审。IWBDRA2016组委会由中国联通、IBM北美研究中心、贝尔实验室、斯坦福大学、伦敦大学、英属哥伦比亚大学、萨里大学等中国、美国、英国、加拿大、爱尔兰的知名企业及高校的80余位专家学者组成。欢迎各位领导及专家投稿并参会讨论。大数据研究与应用国际研讨会网址：http://www.iscit2016.org/bigdataworkshop.html 论文投稿模板及注意事项详见：http://www.iscit2016.org/authors.html 论文投稿需通过EDAS：https://edas.info/newPaper.php?c=22093 论文提交截稿时间：2016.5.8 录用通知：2016.6.27 录用后最终版提交：2016.7.25 Call For Papers (CFP English version) SCOPES IEEE ISCIT2016 Workshop on Big Data Research and Application (IWBDRA2016) promotes the in-depth exploration of the most recent theory, applications, and development findings on the basis of big data. This workshop welcomes the participation of the industry to showcase and commercialize their relevant technology and application as well as products. Scientists, engineers, and students are encouraged to get involved. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to following Three Tracks: Track1: Big Data Science and System System architecture (Hadoop/Spark/Flink etc.), System performance analysis 1. Data mining, data quality, data visualization 2. Software, system implementation, management tools, ETL 3. Hardware and infrastructure, green data center Track2: Big Data R&A on Telecom Industry 1. Big Data based network planning and optimization 2. Big Data analysis of users (user group/user behavior/user track etc.) 3. Big Data assisted telecom operation (customer maintain/value-added service etc.) 4. Big Data analysis of mobile terminals (distribution/category/brand etc.) 5. Big Data analysis of telecom value area 6. Big Data analysis of network quality & performance Track3: Big Data R&A on Other Industries 1. Big Data on economy, business models, marketing strategy 2. Submitted papers must be original work, and may not be under consideration for another publication. Each technical paper will be peer-to-peer reviewed by both IWBDRA TPC members and specialists from IEEE Circuits and Systems Society. Papers, which are accepted and presented at the symposium, will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore as well as EI indexing.
