Roles & Responsibilities：
1. Assist researchers in research projects
2. Explore innovative technical solutions
3. Construct data structure and algorithms
4. Write quality code for experiments, prototypes, and demos
Required Qualifications：We are looking for
1. BS/MS in CS/EE or any related technical field and possess the following skills;
2. Have background and experience on NLP(Natural Language Processing), Text mining, IR(Information Retrieval), Web search;
3. Good programming skills of C/C++/C#, ASP.Net;
4. Have experience on Web master (HTML, Javascript, AJAX);
5. Good reading and written English;

关于招聘的时间范围和实习时间问题：
l 招聘时间：研究院的实习生项目是常年开放的，随时可以申请。如果有同学对这些组以外的研究组感兴趣，可以根据自己的兴趣和研究方向选择不同的实习岗位投递简历。近期发布的招聘信息是相关研究组正在招聘的实习生职位，我们建议大家尽快申请。（http://research.microsoft.com/asia/recruit/2006/Internship/default.aspx）
l 实习时间：目前的这些职位招聘的都是全职实习生。我们也会有一些兼职实习生职位（具体详见职位要求）。我们希望来微软亚洲研究院实习的同学最短要保证3个月的实习期，如果能够连续实习6个月以上更好。因为实习时间较长，所以我们建议应聘的同学安排好自己的时间，并且跟学校导师要有很好的沟通和协商，进入MSRA做全职实习生需要拿到学校导师的同意函。
