求助：tornado 2.2安装完之后打不开，license management error

我照着网上说的步骤安装完tornado之后，也copy了license文件，也修改了环境变量，最后运行tornado的时候，报错说license management error： the application is unable to obtain a license for the application tornado2. The error is: "Terminal Server remote client not allowed." Error Code: (-103) This error indicates that there is no response from the license server. Either the license server is not running, or the license management software has not been installed on the server. Please contact your system administrator to check if license management has been installed and that the server is running. If the server is indeed running, please click on the <Next> button to correctly setup up your machine for license management as an end user. 谁能指点一下该怎么弄?

license.dat放在C盘下试试，C:\flexlm
