? 配合公司战略进行数量化策略的研究与开发；
? 完成交办的其他各类技术开发任务。
任职资格：
? 国内重点院校硕士以上学位，金融工程、数学、数理统计专业相关专业18年毕业生；
? 熟练掌握研发使用的编程语言（C++/C#/python/matlab/R之一）；
? 有财务知识背景者优先；
? 能完成基本的行业研究、数据获取，完成策略经理的基本数据调研要求；
? 勤奋，诚实，敬业，有团队意识；
? 保证实习周期3个月以上，每周实习4天以上优先，表现优异者有留用机会。
