ACM SIGARCH - Computer Architecture 我觉得Computer Architecture这块挺大的，microarchitecture, parallel computing, compile，可硬可软，其实具体还得看自己的细选的方向～

They have the toughest review. ICASSP and SPIE is a little better easier. I never have anything on ACIVS, so hard to commet. Trans. > Letters. IEEE Trans basically will have a 5-6 months review and 6 weeks for revise and another review again. It really took me a long time to go through the whole procedure of the Trans. review. Maybe some european conf. and journal are also good, I have no idea about them

啊，我觉得会议跟期刊没啥可比性。期刊相对“big events”一些，但是会议新。 另外，这位兄弟列的很好了，（他跟我方向一样） 不过我不觉得ICIP最好。这个仁者见仁了，一部分原因是我觉得他家的收录比率其实挺高的。里面水平良莠不齐呀。 期刊方面TIP无疑首屈一指。2.X的IF呀～ 另外，ＰＡＭＩ上也能找到不少相关的好文章，IF前三甲的ＥＥ方面的学报。 再另外，sig~虽然偏图形，但是我觉得看看还是好处不少，也牛。 Image Processing ICIP IEEE Int.
