JPEG implementation and Quantizer design
You should implement JPEG with comparison of four different
quantisers (e.g. Vector quantization; #quantization levels; Lloyd-
Max; median quantisation; other parametrizations or
modifications). You should test your codes on several sample
images (chosen by yourself) and explain how your quantisers
work in term of reconstruction error, compression ratio, etc.
The design should be self-contained.
