I recently noticed a thread in the Michigan sub-forum titled "101 Reasons to Attend Michigan." We cannot be outdone by that shill, Alexandre. We will be more shill-like than any shill has ever shilled before! Or something like that. I just think that this could be a really fun thread. I'll start with 10, and you guys add one or two or three or 20 reasons that you think are good. Rules: 1. Keep it positive. Don't resort to "BCUZ USC SUCKS LOLZ!" 2. I will edit any negative posts. That's an early warning. 3. PLEASE do not drop other people's ideas and instead insert your own. There's room for everyone. 4. Please capitalize, use proper grammar, enjoy the beauty of spell check, and refrain from using "leet" or "intarweb speak" unless it makes a point. I will edit your post to conform to normal human standards of not wanting to poke out my eyes. 5. Copy and paste at least a few of the previous ideas into your post. Something like... ... 55. Puzzles curly fries! 56. Rieber Terrace! and so forth. And now it begins! 1. UCLA offers a nearly unbeatable balance between athletics and academics. 2. Santa Monica is 15 minutes away. 3. Bruins eat Trojans (okay, one exception to the negativity. I call modtatorship on this!) 4. Campouts in front of Pauley Pavillion 5. Being able to tell your kids that you ACTUALLY had to walk uphill to and from school when you were at UCLA 6. PUZZLES CURLY FRIES IN BOWL OF CHILI WITH A SIDE OF CURLY FRIES WITH CHEESE ON TOP... and a lowfat smoothie. 7. Royce Hall 8. Going with friends to see a movie premier in Westwood and saying, "Dude, Keanu Reeves looks like a wuss!" 9. Finally becoming old enough to go to Maloney's 10. SQUIRRELS!!!!!! OMGCUTE!
