投稿的时候选的regular paper，结果被告之被work-in-process录用，篇幅3页。。。

请问这个work-in-process算什么呢？注册费还是full rate
Note that, in order to have your paper published, at least one author of accepted papers ***must register*** to IEEE WoWMoM 2012 at the full rate
