Our team is working on applying cutting edge NLP/ML techniques to M365 intelligent features and developing industry level NLP toolkits for enterprise applications.
Employment type: Internship
Location: Suzhou, Jiangsu, China
Responsibilities
We are looking for brilliant, innovative developers with proven track record of building complex software products, who have passion in software engineering, language interoperation, high performance NLP library on the following:
o Fundamental NLP tasks, including tokenization, tagging, normalization, lemmatization etc.
o High performance NLP library/runtime and model lifecycle management
o Industry level online infrastructure for intelligent features
o NLP applications in search-related scenarios
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is required, and Master’s degree is a plus.
o Good CS background with solid knowledge in data structure, algorithm, design pattern etc.
o Fluent at native languages, such as C/C++. Better to know modern C++ (11/14/17). And experience of any of C#/Java/Python is admired.
o Experience on programming language interoperation (P-Invoke, COM), build systems (MSBuild, CMake) and debugging techniques is also admired.
o NLP experience is not required but will be preferred.
o Self-motivated, demonstrated ability to own important areas of projects and execute successfully .
o Effective communication skills, and great team and cross-group collaboration skills.
