返回信息流海外运营实习生
职位描述：
1. 负责海外社交媒体平台上（Twitter,Reddit,Discard,GitHub,InfoQ…以及各大技术社区论坛）相关账号的日常运营及推广，通过内容策划，互动等方式增加粉丝数量，保持粉丝活跃度，扩大产品曝光及影响率；
2. 负责所运营账号的数据及内容分析以持续优化页面及内容；
3. 负责及时收集海外社交媒体平台用户反馈，完成内部问题流传，回复用户完成反馈闭环；
4. 配合公司进行其他推广，完成Leader安排的其他事宜。
职位要求：
1. 有良好的英文读写能力，了解海外文化及用语（有留学或海外生活经历优先）；
2. 有技术基础，懂代码、工程语言；
3. 有良好的数据分析能力；
4. 熟悉技术板块社群活动玩法；
5. 善于与用户互动，具备高效的执行力、积极的工作心态,责任感强，抗压能力强；
6. 活跃在海外社群，或有自媒体账号运营者优先。
Overseas Operations Intern
Key responsibilities：
1. Responsible for operation and management of company social media and online community platforms(Twitter, Reddit, Discard, GitHub, InfoQ, etc.);
2. Responsible for user feedback-loop, handling users' inquiries and problems, coorinating with coworkers to find solutions, and feedback to users timely;
3. Work with team members to develop content, manage posts and responses, analyse data and report readership trends regularly;
4. Any other tasks assigned by the Head of Operations.
Requirements：
1. Proficiency in English, able to communicate natively (preferably had experience with study or life abroad);
2. Knowledge and interests in coding and Engineering language are preferred;
3. Capability in data analysis is preferred;
4. Experience in overseas technology community operations work is preferred;
5. Good communication skills, serious and positive working attitude, good learning ability. Serious and careful, strong learning ability;
6. Active in technology communities, forums, We Media operation experience is a plus.
