1. download Utorrent For Mac http://www.utorrent.com/downloads/mac
recently version : uTorrent Stable (1.8.4 build 30291)
2. install the app
3. download this
other ipfilter.zip (0.17 KB)
then unzip it, remove the ipfilter.dat in the /Users/<profile name>/Library/Application Support/uTorrent/
4. Start the uTorrent.app and set the ipfilter.enable option with “true” in "Advanced Settings"
5. Restart the App, enjoy it!
