Support hundreds of Intel employees, tens of groups on technical skills/knowledges transferring, maintenance and uplifting in the world-class semiconductor company. Responsible for process/project management, including making training plan, coordinating resources, addressing conflicts, uplifting people’s competency, to drive training activity or project proceeding in quality manner. Meanwhile, training automation system which is toolkits for working efficiency improvement are also part of training engineer's job scope.
