演讲摘要： Christopher Payne 将在演讲中向师生们介绍当今竞争局面日渐激烈的搜索行业的最新现状和发展前景，并向师生们揭示微软全球公司的搜索战略和核心搜索技术。
演讲人介绍（英文）：
Christopher Payne is Corporate Vice President of MSN Search at Microsoft Corporation, focusing on delivering the best user experience on the internet for the customer. His previous role was Vice President of MSN.com, where his team consisted of MSN Search, the MSN.com homepage, MSN Autos, Entertainment, MSNBC, Slate and the MSN Channels properties.
Christopher rejoined Microsoft after spending three years with Amazon.com. At Amazon, he led the building of a number of businesses including Video, Electronics, Software and Wireless.
Prior to Amazon.com, Christopher worked for eight years with Microsoft. His responsibilities included marketing four versions of Microsoft Access and running Microsoft Investor.
Christopher graduated with a B.A. in History from Dartmouth College in 1990. Originally from Kentucky, he currently resides in Seattle with his wife and two children.
