Paper submission Instructions
FTC 2007 is intended to be an international conference for a dialogue between top-level professors and researchers from China and Sweden, and representatives from the research organization of Ericsson.
The two-day conference will be held in Beijing on October 11-12, 2007.
The conference language is English. Professors and researchers from China, Sweden and Ericsson will give invited presentations in each session focusing on research directions and future challenges or on a technical subject. Besides the invited presentations, a general call for papers will be sent to professors and researchers in China.
Authors are invited to propose papers describing original research results, innovative applications and experimental results under the suggested session themes. Each paper will be limited to 4 pages.
Each proposal should consist of an abstract of about 250 words (maximum one A4- Page) and a cover page listing (1)title, (2) authors names, (3)affiliations, (4) complete return address, and (5) telephone, email and telefax information for the corresponding author. The manuscript should be written in English. The whole paper shall be submitted (preferably by email) to the address below no later than July 15, 2007.
The technical program committee will review submitted papers and some authors of accepted proposals will be invited to make a presentation in Beijing. Instructions for the
final paper is described in another document. Please note that the number of presentations in the program is limited and that some proposals may be suggested just included in the proceeding.
Ericsson will financially sponsor the Personal participation of Chinese professors (including expenses for Airplane and accommodation) and researchers (including expenses for train and accommodation) if the technical program committee accepts their paper, and he/she will be invited to FTC as a speaker with his/her paper.
We will connect about 100 universities in China by wideband EDU networks.
