FIRST INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON INTERNET OF THINGS SEARCH (IOTS 2014) The Internet of Things (IoT) search, which enables us quickly to find the related services, devices, and information, will become a globally underlying infrastructure. However, there are many emerging challenges to construct an IoT search engine, for example, the integration and management of heterogeneous data, the integration and transfer of enriched data, the effective use of knowledge-based decision systems, retrieval and sharing of knowledge automatically from huge volumes of data, security and privacy, etc. This international workshop provides the growing technical and scientific community presenting the latest developments and bringing researchers and practitioners together. We solicit previously unpublished papers offering novel research contributions in any aspect of the IoT search. And we welcome contributions related to any aspect of theory, design, implementation, analysis, verification, or empirical evaluation and measurement of secure systems about the IoT search.
