返回信息流小冰公司的前身是微软亚洲互联网工程院的人工智能小冰团队，是首个以中国为总部的人工智能产品线，我们在2020年脱离了微软，独立运营成为了小冰公司，小冰的整个产研线都是原微软小冰的原班人马，我们现在在扩大我们的产研团队。
目前我们在招聘【NLP算法实习生（Research）】（至少每周能实习4天），欢迎想在NLP算法领域有深入研究想法的同学投递，岗位职责和要求如下：
Responsibilities
Advance the state-of-the-art in one or many of the following areas: natural language generation, natural language understanding or information extraction
Publish papers in top conferences or journals
Contribute research that can be applied to Xiaoice products
Qualifications
Required Internship Duration: at least 3 months
Currently enrolled in a Ph.D. or MS program in Computer Science or related fields
Preferred Qualifications:
Track record of publications in top ML or NLP venues
Proficient in C++/C#/Java/Python
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow
Experience in dialog generation, search relevance or question answering
Solid background in machine learning, especially deep learning technologies
