【内推】【社招】【远程】美上市公司招聘项目管理TPM 【全职远程，长期稳定】公司背景本部是一家在美国的上市公司，现因公司业务扩张，需招聘数名Techincal Program Manager。目前，国内团队有170多人，都很稳定，全部人员都为远程工作模式，技术氛围浓厚。 As A TPM You Will Project Management ● Manage and deliver software development projects end-to-end. ● Drive the team to meet project and/or product goals. ● Establish and oversee project release plans that support the business strategies and objectives. ● Drive collaboration with stakeholders and manage their expectations. ● Be accountable for project planning, tracking, reporting, timeline, quality, and risks. ● Identify and manage risks through projects both internally and externally. Team and Collaboration ● Create a healthy and positive team atmosphere, boosting team performance. ● Coordinate project workstream and encourage team members to participate in decision making. ● Facilitate open communication and constructive feedback among team members. ● Improve the team’s capability by creating a learning environment. ● Manage meetings effectively and efficiently by putting the right people in the room and driving business and technical discussions. Process and Practice ● Improve project process efficiency by facilitating progress, identifying blockers, and escalating issues appropriately. ● Establish standards by creating mechanisms and predictable procedures. ● Drive adoption of practices that ensure successful delivery of higher quality software. ● Identify helpful changes and drive continuous improvement. What We Look For ● 5+ years’ working experience in the field of software development. ● Ample experience managing enterprise projects with end-to-end responsibility of project delivery. ● Competent organization and project management skills. ● Competent communication and leadership skills. ● Fluent in English, both verbal and written. ● Experience working in agile development teams and be able to manage projects with suitable management tools. Bonus Points ● Experience in working with oversea remote teams. ● Technical background. 工作条件 1. 工作地点：团队成员都在中国国内一起远程协同工作，需要TPM在国内，因此国外的求职者不考虑。 2. 工作性质：全职（兼职不考虑），每周工作40小时。 3. 工作时间：每天工作8小时，工作时间属于弹性制，时间相对自由，但要保证每天有时间和中国团队成员及时沟通，高效完成工作任务。新项目上线前，需中国的晚上和美区同事英语会议同步项目进度。 4. 工作语言要求：良好的英语听说读写能力。基本软硬件要求 1. 自备电脑。 2. 网络稳定且快速（非常重要，因为公司服务器和日常资源、资料都在海外服务器）。 3. 平时文字工作交流使用Slack。 4. 线上会议视频沟通，使用Google Meet、腾讯会议、Zoom会议等。招聘流程 1. 我们收到简历后，如果您基本符合我们的要求，我们会与您做初步沟通； 2. 如果您的基本情况符合我们的期待，我们会安排二次远程视频面试； 3. 远程视频面试主要了解您更多信息（专业技术、综合能力、英语听说读写能力）； 4. 如果您面试通过，且您决定加入我们，我们会在Onboarding前进行签约； 5. 三周的Onboarding是带薪培训，考察专业能力及其它我们看重的能力； 6. 三周之后，您将正式成为我们团队中的一员。签约方式和薪资待遇通过新加坡人力资源公司签约，工资为时薪制，默认按全职计算 (每天工作8小时, 每周40小时) ● 该职位入职时薪范围约在$15/h-$35/h，完全依照个人实际能力而定。 ● 每半年有一次调薪/校准的机会。 FAQ 1. 除了TPM岗位，其它岗位在招聘吗？现阶段，中国团队在招TPM、React前端开发工程师，您可关注后续其他岗位的招聘。 2. 有五险一金吗？团队的福利在完善中。目前需要自己承担五险一金的费用，新加坡公司可以协助处理缴纳社保的业务。 3. 哪些城市有岗位？没有地理位置的限制。团队所有的成员都是全职远程在家办公。公司介绍团队目前有170余人，80余高级前端开发，还有移动端开发（iOS以及Android方向开发），后端开发（Java、Python以及Golang方向开发），测试团队，数据团队、TPM管理团队以及管理团队，团队技术氛围浓厚，技术学习提升讨论氛围好，全职远程在家办公，工作时间相对灵活，只工作不上班。联系我们1 简历请发送至：dongyao.liu@compass.com ；简历命名格式为“姓名-学校-职位-北邮人论坛”
