The 2011 International Workshop on Computational Service Science (CSS2011) In conjunction with CSO 2011 (http://www.gip.hk/cso2011) Kunming and Lijiang, Yunnan, China, April 15-19, 2011 (Deadline: November 15, 2010) ─────────────────────────────────────────────────────── Service science is the multidisciplinary application of scientific, management, and engineering disciplines to tasks that one organization beneficially performs for and with another (i.e., services). It has a wide application in many industries such as IT, Logistics and Telecom Industry, which have taken up the largest proportion in global economy, and become the one of the fastest growth. With rapid development of services in organizations all over the world, various models and resolution approaches based on computing are urgently required. The aim of this special session is to present the recent works in this field. Theoretical and practical works can both be submitted. Works with an applicative aspect are particularly encouraged.
