返回信息流The 6th International ICST Conference on Communications and Networking in China, CHINACOM 2011, will be held in Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), Harbin, China, on Aug. 17-19 2011. More than 10 IEEE Fellows are invited to the conference.
All accepted and presented papers will be included in IEEE Xplore, and indexed by Engineering Index (EI).
At least 80 selected outstanding papers will be accepted by special issues of the following journals after further extension and revision.
