请问windows embedded ce 和 windows ce .net 不是一回事是吗？

只知道安装wince的环境时需要安装ms的。net framework
所以我想后者应该是架构一类的东西，只有前者才是os

一回事吧，Window CE从4.2(好像是)开始就说成Windows CE .NET 4.2,5.0等等
这些版本都是需要装.Net Framwork的。以前的版本没用过，不做评价。
而且这两个说法并不矛盾啊，第一个说的是性能，第二个说的是应用领域啊。
