NI 中国技术支持工程师（实习+正式员工）招聘工作地点：北京/上海/深圳联系方式：yifen.liu@emerson.com 邮件主题说明：院校+学历+专业+应聘岗位岗位职责说明： 1，远程技术支持通过电话 / 邮件提供远程技术协助，解决客户关于 NI 软硬件（LabVIEW、TestStand、模块化仪器）的相关咨询。 2，演示方案开发与市场推广支持协助市场团队搭建并展示虚拟仪器系统，用于各类展会及线上研讨会活动。 3，客户现场支持协同销售及现场应用工程师前往客户现场，支持产品安装调试、简易系统功能验证及概念验证（POC）测试工作。 4，客户培训开展 NI 产品技术研讨会，组织并讲授面向客户的产品培训课程。岗位资格要求： 1，电子工程、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历 2，愿意直接对接客户，助力客户解决技术问题，并探索公司产品在客户实际应用场景中的适配方案 3，具备出色的演示表达能力与人际交往能力，能够胜任客户对接工作 4，拥有较强的问题解决能力和独立工作能力 5，具备中英文双语工作能力 6，承诺每周出勤3天，实习周期 6+个月（假期可全职实习者优先） 7，实习结束后，愿意转入现场应用工程师、技术支持工程师、销售等岗位 8，具备 NI 软硬件相关知识或实操经验者优先 Field Applications Engineer Intern Position Overview As an NI Field Application Engineer (FAE) Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in technical support, product demonstrations, and customer engagement across multiple business units. This internship offers rotational exposure to Sales and Marketing, Technical Support Engineering, and Customer-Facing Teams, equipping interns with a dual-track career development path in Technical Expertise (e.g., TestStand/Testbench Development, Modular Instruments System Design) or Sales Leadership (e.g., Customer Solution Architecture, Technical Account Management) within NI’s ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1，Remote Technical Support: Provide remote technical assistance via phone/email to resolve customer inquiries related to NI hardware/software (LabVIEW, TestStand, Modular Instruments). 2，Demo Development & Market Activation: Assist the Marketing team in building and showcasing virtual instrumentation systems for events/webinars. 3，On-Site Customer Support: Join Sales/Account Manager and Field Application Engineers on-site to support product installations, simple system validations, and proof-of-concept (POC) testing. 4，Customer Training: Conduct technical seminars and present customer training for NI products. Requirements 1，Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, automation, or related fields (senior-year priority) 2，Interested in working directly with customers to help them solve technical problems and learn how to apply our products to their applications 3，Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions. 4，Strong ability to solve problems and work independently 5，Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese 6，Commit to 3 days/week for 9-12 months (full-time during summer preferred). 7，Willing to transfer to the position of Field Application Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Sales after finishing internship program 8，Knowledge/experience of NI software or hardware is a plus
