It's already ten o'clock when I walked out of the Students' Mess Hall from a meeting of SICA. So it's somewhat surprising to see a lot of people gathering in the Small Pinetum .The English Corner is supposed to be end at 9 , I thought. No starlike lights shining . No background music singing .Seen from some distance, only several groups of people talking there in the darkness , bursted into laughter occasionally and chafing hands continually. So I went from curiosity. It proved to be a good idea , for I gained a lot in both knowledge and experience .An American student told us many things about his life .He'd been away from the USA for nearly five years. After working in Germany for 4 years , he came to China now for further education. So it's no wonder to find out the impurity in his American accent . As he illustrated , now he usually said 'ya' instead of 'yeah' ,influenced by the Germans. He've got a Spanish-speaking girlfriend in Germany, so he mastered at least three language-- English , German , Spanish. And later the number will increase to 4. During the communication with him , I found some limitations in my oral English. Despite the small vacabulay which can't be built in one day , there is one I haven't found before. That is , I often speak out before I'm ready for the topic. Maybe I should prepare for various topics in my study , then next time I can say my say without language obstarcles.
