【如有意向，请发送简历至qihu@redhat.com】 The Red Hat Professional Services team is looking for a Senior Consultant to join us. In this role, you will perform on-site delivery and implementation of Red Hat's solutions and offerings. You'll focus on delivering quality work resulting in a positive customer experience while building breadth and depth of technical expertise in one or more Red Hat's technologies. As a Senior Consultant, you will gain understanding of customer’s infrastructures and business issues and make recommendations appropriate to each customer environment. You'll need to have solid technical and communication skills, experience with enterprise-wide deployments, and a record of successful projects. You will lead a team to collaborate with customers, partners, and Red Hat teams and you'll work on technical proposal and project delivery. Primary Job Responsibilities: Routinely assess, design, and implement Red Hat's core service offerings, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Satellite, Red Hat Ansible Tower, Red Hat Virtualization, Red Hat OpenStack Platform, and Red Hat Storage solutions Provide written project documentation that can be distributed within Red Hat and the customer management team Bring innovative ideas, enthusiasm, and energy to the project team while identifying new business opportunities Constantly learn about new technologies and apply these concepts to customer’s needs Explain complex concepts clearly using terms appropriate for the audience Required Skills: Over 10 years Linux related technical working experience Deep knowledge, including implementation, performance-tuning, and troubleshooting, of Red Hat’s offerings and solutions like Linux kernel, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Red Hat Satellite, Red Hat Ansible Automation, and Ansible Playbooks Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer management skills The following are considered a plus: Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) certification; other Red Hat certificates Good written and verbal communication skills in English
