I do an hour, sometimes a bit more. Writing at a computer all day, as I do from 10:30 AM to 2:00 AM, seven days a week, can be very bad for your health. Going to the gym and doing some strenuous weight lifting or body sculpt classes helps me give my brain a fresh supply of oxygen. With regular workouts, you think better, become more imaginative, and perform your tasks better - and your mood becomes instantly more optimistic as a bonus. Take this moment at the start of October to get involved with some form of sport or physical activity every day and you will stick to the program. This is the best new moon of all of 2011 to begin any kind of health or fitness program. Soon you will say you are feeling like a million dollars. Now let's turn to the topic of your home, which may be getting lots more attention than usual. I speak about this day because Saturn will conjoin the Sun this day, and the Sun rules your home area of your chart. Similarly, if you make plans for one of your parents, say, for assisted living, for example, it is likely to be a plan that sticks, which also might be a good sign - you'll have to see. Keep in mind that Mercury will go retrograde November 24 to December 13, so you won't want to order any furniture after November 19 at the latest (I am urging you to keep as much space from November 24 as possible). The same part of your chart that Mars happens to be visiting now also rules your parents, so you may have lots of interaction with your mom or dad this month and part of next.
