A 第一个检测到冲突的设备优先重发
B MAC地址最小的设备优先重发
C 在一网段中的选举一个设备优先重发
D 冲突发生后，没有优先重发这一说

CSMA/CD知道把，冲突检测后退，要是发生了冲突，冲突各方随机等待一定的时间再尝试发送，所以谁先发谁后发是不可知的，没有优先级一说。
