Just a random clip showing how to blow your summoner's spells. This is not an amazing/omg/holy mama play ; it is just a video showing that the bot laners care about each other.
So what happened? The enemy top laner, Nasus, used Teleport on a ward to gank the bot lane. To get the hell out of that situation safely, Thresh threw a lantern at Varus and used Flash to get as far as possible from the enemy and thus, getting closer to his tower. That way, when Varus clicks the lantern to get pulled to Thresh, he will be in a safe spot instead of being buttfucked by the enemies.
However, Thresh gets low on health, and the enemy ADC, Caitlyn, use her sniper wannabe CoD skill to finish him off. But, Varus came to his rescue by blowing off his Barrier to save his beloved support, thus returning the favor.

And they made many babies and lived peacefully.
